Delta Sigma Phi is the first national fraternity to offer the opportunity to apply to an annual Leadership Institute. This program is modeled after Fortune 500 leadership development seminars that the world’s top executives participate in. Here members of Delta Sigma Phi from across the country experience leadership in a way that only the graduates of this institute can.
Every year, Delt Sigs acquire internships and full-time employment positions via referrals, recommendations, and hiring preferences through the vast network of Delta Sigma Phi alumni and the Fraternity's own networking website.
